When using any type of vehicle in public areas: Absolutely. And they already are in many places [1] (at least under certain conditions).

- corin_ 12y agoHis point (I assume) isn't that these things aren't or shouldn't be illegal while driving, it's that you can make it illegal to drive under the influence without banning being under the influence.
