YHOO is artificially low right now. I think their value will double if any sort of buyout is put on the table. That said, I hadn't realized MSFT offered so much before. I thought their last offer was when YHOO was still at 17, so I was incorrect. I think a buyout price will be somewhere in the range of 80-100bln.
