It's just common job ad speak. You shouldn't take it too seriously...
- codingdave 12y agoYou shouldn't take it too lightly either. The hiring process is a two-way selection. And the words they use to describe the position say something about their culture. If part of the job description raises red flags with you, it might be an initial sign there there is not a cultural fit.
