Hiring is a two-way street. The candidate is obviously trying to sell himself or herself, but the company should do the same. Some companies like they are doing you favor by hiring you. I cannot imagine they get great talent.
- daemin 12y agoI think a lot of candidates also forget this, partly because they "need a job".
