I used to work at a place where studying organizations was important to the business itself, so we focused a lot on things like Netflix's culture slide deck. One of my favorite parts of that deck is how it points out that a company's culture is what happens every day, not what is painted on the wall in fancy letters. It made me reflect on the discrepancy between what my employer at the time said, and how they acted.
