I work in a newsroom. Now that investigative reporters are essentially classed as "terrorists" by the powers that be, encryption of email is now a legitimate concern.
But I and everyone I've asked say that in an ideal world, it would be an IT issue, but we don't see them being gung ho about it either because it is a hassle or because they don't see the benefits.
So, is PGP encryption a user issue, or is it an IT issue? How can we make it an IT issue?
