If i had been referencing the desperate attempt of a bunch of pseudo-scientists to cover up for the fact that they have had no clothes for centuries, i would have capitalized the 'i' and the 'd'. Edit 01: Artificial bugs me. Who are we to draw a line between artificial and natural? It may seem unlikely, but everything we know of as 'natural' may just be really well crafted machines that were made to iterate on their own. That is why i shied away from 'artificial' or 'alien'. With the possibility of simulated universes, i feel like there is a lot more possibility on the table as it were.
