Oh, sidenote: probably the biggest italian company, FIAT, recently moved (fiscally speaking) out of Italy, towards states with lower fiscal pressure (Netherlands, if I recall correctly). And FIAT was/is big and competent enough to handle all of the sh*t italian laws impose. Just saying.
