I'm wondering how they're going to explain that when he was arrested he had an open chat window where he was having a discussion as DPR with an undercover agent and was logged in SR as an admin.
Maybe in their next move they'll try saying the FBI helped the real DPR in framing him.

- davidgerard 12y agoAnd holy crap, just in from Twitter: https://twitter.com/kari_paul/status/555820627907846144 https://twitter.com/kari_paul/status/555820627907846144 "Defense in Silk Road trial arguing Mark Karpeles, CEO of Bitcoin exchange Mt. Gox, was the real mastermind behind Silk Road." What the shitting Christ. EDIT: Daily Dot has a court report: http://www.dailydot.com/crime/ross-ulbricht-silk-road-mark-karpales-fbi/ http://www.dailydot.com/crime/ross-ulbricht-silk-road-mark-k... The DHS seriously considered it likely Karpeles was involved in Silk Road.
