Not having that debt should give foreigners a huge advantage whether or not they come to the US, but that does not seem to be the case.
- solve 12y ago* All else being equal. As in, explaining to people here why e.g. a $70,000 / yr salary in the US would be much more attractive to them than it would be to me, with >$100,000 in high interest student loans. And all often is nearly equal in the US - as long as you speak English and can get the visa without the company's help.
