- cromwellian 12y ago$2M is basically a large signing bonus. I think for most companies, like Google, FB, et al, something like $2M doesn't even need board signoff, it's basically a restricted stock grant as a bonus with clawback provisions.
- julien_c 12y agoIs it a common occurence to get a 1M+ signing bonus at Google or FB?
- cromwellian 12y agoI'm speaking of a bonus obtained through a corp-dev situation, in lieu of an actual acquisition. I don't know how common it is in general recruitment.
