Here's a great interview with Luz, whose signature you can see on the cover drawing. The interesting thing is that Charlie was at heart an iconoclastic magazine, and yet ironically has now become an icon of free speech - something the staff aren't particularly happy about.

- apricot 12y agoThat interview should be read by everyone who cares about the attack on Charlie Hebdo and subsequent "Je suis Charlie" worldwide movement. Many people, for all kinds of reasons (many good) are trying to make Charlie Hebdo into what it is not, and never will be, some kind of reluctant messiah of free speech.
