This really doesn't match my experience. Women at my workplace aren't afraid to speak up at all. It helps that about half of our middle management roles are occupied by women.
- bbaumgar 12y agoIt seems your experience actually does matches up with the author's thesis. As in the credit union with 74% female supervisors, companies with higher female makeup purportedly had less difference in the way female and males were perceived when they spoke up.
