2^64 is expensive, but breakable.
- logicallee 12y agoI was specifically referring to the OP's awed overtones of 10,000 x 1 mhz, resulting in 58 years. Which I found really funny. The idea of 2^64 being inherently a large number... when a single graphics card costing a couple of hundred incidentally goes through 2^64 flop's all by itself every few weeks. There's nothing expensive about 2^64 as such. I mean it's expensive in the sense of, we're talking dozens of dollars here :)
