- dalke 12y agoCopyright is also a collectivist ideology. "To promote the Progress of Science and useful Arts" is even more anonymous than "users".
- prodigal_erik 12y agoNo user ever needs to be unable to arrange for maintenance of the software they rely on. That only benefits some developers by holding their customers captive.
