I was just thinking about code reviews and how shitty Fogcreek's Kiln is as a code review tool. It has (or at least had) a weird "workflow" were you can't approve or finish a review. Also, it is very hard to see the full list of all the current reviews, because even 'approved' reviews would still stay in the list. And of course, browsing code in kiln is very slow compared to github. All in all, it's subpar compared to github pull requests or Reviewboard.
