It is a good question, and just a different way of asking, "Who is your question and how are you different?" and "How much do you know the history of the market you're trying to disrupt?" If someone claims to be disrupting a market that they know nothing about, there are potential warning signs. (This isn't to say that outsiders don't have great ideas, just that it's tougher.)
