I, personally, feel like this could be solved by a 'good' team. I work in a team of 2. I usually come up with the ideas while my partner executes them. I usually hang over his shoulder while he codes, he does most of the coding, 70/30. For us, this works, for others, it might not.
- collyw 12y agoI wonder if that is how my relatively incompetent team leader would describe our working relationship? He usually comes up with some half thought through suggestion, and I flesh out the real details of what needs done and implement it properly, trying to avoid all the pitfalls he didn't even bother to think about.
