Yeah and a cabbie not giving full change is seen as 'tipping himself' rather than.. you know.. stealing?
- infinotize 12y agoIt is stealing but it gets lumped into the "things that happen in NYC that screw you over" category where you lose patience over in taking more seriously past getting your own money back.
- acjohnson55 12y agoI've never experience that, but then if I'm paying cash, I ask for the specific amount of change I want back.
