As far as feature-by-feature, it's much the same, although IntelliJ really stands out in some areas; off the top of my head: - Javascript / HTML / CSS support - Structural search-and-replace (imagine search and replace that actually understands code) - Code completion and navigation for XML and properties files ...and more.
