This seems like it could bother babies a lot, without their parents knowing what exactly is wrong...
- dnautics 12y agoDefinitely the case at a Harris teeter in Arlington Virginia, it was on the edge of my hearing so I could identify it... Saw a lot of bewildered parents with upset babies.
