I have had that feeling for about a year that there will be a pretty sizeable downturn coming, and it will probably last a fair while. But only time will tell, there are a lot of factors, it could be delayed with interest rate cuts or forcing the teaser rate givers to honor those rates for a longer period of time, etc.
