> let’s stop wasting billions trying to cure cancer, potentially leaving us to die a much more horrible death. If the author wants to forgo treatment upon a cancer diagnosis, more power to him; but I'm extremely grateful for continuing research into cancer treatment options. What we really need though are better cancer diagnosis options. All too often we don't realize we even have a problem until it's far too late to treat it.
