The sites are blocked only at the DNS level. If you switch your DNS from your ISP to either OPenDNS or Google DNS, then all these sites should work.

- sounds 12y agoThis probably partially explains the inconsistent reports on this thread ("it's blocked here" / "it's not blocked here")
- _nedR 12y agoI am using google dns, but still many of the websites such as vimeo are returning a page with contents "HTTP Error 404 - File or Directory not found" (Not an actual HTTP Protocol 404 reply)
