Ask HN: Pain points and must-have functionality for Wordpress themes?

I'm considering an opportunity to have a custom Wordpress theme created at a price I can afford. My thought is that I'd make it available for sale using a freemium model. I know I like them to allow the creation of a more website emphasis as opposed to a blog emphasis, but that's just me What I do will consider that & include both website & blog parts. II'd like to hear from the HN community what they don't like about currently available selections, & get some input as to what people would be willing to pay for Thanks
