Twitter isn’t about news, tweets, or even you anymore

For a really long time, Twitter was serving it's one purpose - helping people to connect with each other, but the problem arose when the network become bigger than itself. As the time went by, Twitter became more of a source of news/clicks/insight/gratification for oh so many people, and that trend didn't stop there. There is serious issue with "who is what and who is who", too many novelty accounts, and too much useless news get tossed around. Honestly, the Twitter timeline is just a bunch of crap that you've to face every moment of the day. The next logical step would be to try and launch groups or something of similar nature. Lists? Please, it's the most pathetic feature on Twitter.
