As an aside, The Creators rights are limited by First Sale doctrine unless I'm mistaken (and I sometimes am).
- rahimnathwani 12y agoAccording to Wikipedia, the first sale doctrine applies to digital goods first sold in the EU, but not (yet?) to those sold in the US.
