Perhaps I'm displaying a lack of sophistication, but by my reading, the title "implies you should miss deadlines...and you should never update" in the same way that "worse is better" implies that shipping a ten-line random number generator is an acceptable solution to all problems. I mean, that would be worse than that database app the bank wanted, right? So it must be better!
