I don't think this is a helpful article. Given this amount of money, it is pretty much impossible to spend it and be able to answer the question "is this the absolute best way to spend the money?" with an honest & confident "yes." It's good to try and think of more efficient or better uses of the money, but solving the problems around some of the world's most persistent ailments is quite a good use, in my opinion.
