Also, out of curiosity, who votes these up?
- spitfire 12y agoI can speak for myself. I often up vote for the conversation rather than the content of the linked article.
- prostoalex 12y agoWSJ.com used to look at the referrer and allow a single click-through a day from some sites (including this one). So it used to be that anybody clicking off HN saw the non-paywalled version, but something must've changed.
