Someone can feel free to correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think the technology exists in a touchpad form yet. Because the pad would have to be able to recognize 10 simulatneous touches. That said, it's not impossible. If you take what he's doing but mount the Wii remote under a desk with a clear screen above it. I believe that would give you what you'd need to duplicate the 10/GUI interface.
