Is that Belgium, Russia, Japan or Germany? They all have legitimate claims to that title, having killed 5 million or more in time frames containing the 20th century.
- orbifold 12y agoEdited the opening line to no longer claim it was "the largest genocide" and explicitly stated the country. Belgium is still very nationalistic, with big military parades on National Day, a military parade on National Day in Germany would be unthinkable.
