I agree. A ten finger system is going to appeal greatly to those of us who already touch type and are used to using multiple fingers. But I suspect that many people aren't going to be too happy with the coordination required to use such a system. But I may be wrong. Perhaps when it comes down to it the interface will feel so intuitive that there will be no problems at all. We'll have to wait and see.

That was one of the biggest things I worry about - the learning curve of all the gestures. A mouse and keyboard are quite straightforward in terms of how the operate. A 10GUI interface would require a significant amount of training and practice. At which point maybe yes - it will become completely natural.
