  Pseudocode (better). Notice the immutable everything and the brevity (i.e., vertical space saved). interactive := (name == "-") fd, err := interactive ? (os.Stdin, None) : os.Open(name) [And yes I understand that Go probably doesn't have tuple literals or a concept of 'None'].
