There is something better and it's called the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.
- greenyoda 12y agoThe First Amendment only protects you from the actions of the government, not from the actions of citizens or corporations. For example, I can legally forbid you from handing out leaflets on my own property, but the government can't forbid you from handing out leaflets on a public street. The First Amendment says: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."
