- MichaelCrawford 12y agoJust now I tried typeracer, the best I could get was 61 wpm. However I am very tired, lying on my back in bed with my legs cross and my laptop resting on my stomach, propped against one leg. I do know for sure I can type a lot faster when I am just thinking about what to type, than when I am transcribing someone else's text.
