In all honesty, I can't think of how this data can be used for anything else.
- cm2187 12y agoI am skeptical too about the relevance of this effort. But there is one thing it can be useful for, is to track the size of the shadow banking sector which is growing on the back of tougher regulations that force banks out of many activities. But the shadow banking sector is already on the regulators radars so I am not sure what this is going to achieve.
