I've seen quite a few examples of dizygotic twins that are amazingly similar. E.g. these two https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mary-Kate_and_Ashley_Olsen https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mary-Kate_and_Ashley_Olsen seem quite similar to my untrained eye.
