- gatsby 12y agoYeah, I like Opendoor a lot. They have the potential to build a huge company because there's a lot of pain in selling homes. However, this doesn't do much/anything in terms of 1.) creating more supply to meet the current demand of areas like Palo Alto, SF, Manhattan, Stockholm, London, etc. or 2.) making housing more affordable.
