I would argue that this is a very bad analogy. One is only a photo of yourself (okay, in a setting you might not like, but still just a picture), while the other is something someone can use to fuck you up: put you in financial trouble, break your credit, your name (see other posts in this thread). This is in no way like leaked photos. I agree both might be troublesome, but the level of this leak is incredibly worse.
