I like your use of colon rather than semicolon. Was that deliberate?
- escape_goat 12y agoIt's hard to describe it as deliberate. For me, punctuation is imagined in terms of vocal tone and pacing; it's very auditory. I listen to the sentence to make sure that I have phrased it correctly, and decide on that basis.
