My soon-to-be wife does not play MTG (I do/did), but she definitely respects my hobbies. As long as you have some things in common, she doesn't have to be a huge nerd or share all your interests :) Also, reciprocate :) . If she sits down for some Battlestar Galactica, you can stand a romantic comedy or two :)
