Sorry, but it is largely based on OSM Data. Filtered OSM data is stored locally, If query isn't found locally then it refers to other Open DB APIs such as Nominatim, Mapquest (I might remove Mapquest as someone told me its not up to date) etc. However initially I used this for my other personal projects and Google function was active around that time. So it might be from locally stored results. I'll look into this as well. Anyway thanks for your consideration, It reminded me that I almost forgot to add OSM contributors credits.
