Don't trust businesses, don't trust politicians, trust the code and the process that runs it.
- anigbrowl 12y agoTechnology can and will be gamed. So can laws and policies, but but I' think it's naive to assume that social technology that has evolved over thousands of years can be replaced overnight with computer code.
- jsprogrammer 12y agoProbably not overnight, but possibly years and decades. There's no need to eliminate social behavior, that's arguably the entire 'point'. What we likely can do is, identify places where code is more appropriate and use it.
