I'm not entirely sure how they do it, but on both services i've been able to access the games and music even when i was entirely without service for long periods of time. Plus, there's always GoG. > P.S I said on average. Even in this day and age you'll have games that are around 50 MB and less. Maybe you need to stop focusing on AAA titles so much. :)
