Not for me, there was a form on the site I think or an email, email reply from the local Uber rep (Ireland, we are small enough to have "a" local Uber rep) asking why I was leaving which gave me a chance to explain my reasons and then we were done. We're lucky enough here that Uber is the newcomer, Hailo pretty dominant/less creepy.
