Ask HN: Is there a JSON format for specifying a test case?
A personal project of mine[1] is morphing into writing a test case and test suite standard in JSON. I have trouble believing such things don't already exist though, so if anyone knows of a pure JSON test case format please tell me. I can't find one with Google, but that doesn't mean much.

- mtmail 12y agoHave a look at https://www.getpostman.com/ https://www.getpostman.com/ which allows exporting test cases (called jetpacks) as JSON. There is also https://www.getpostman.com/docs/newman_intro https://www.getpostman.com/docs/newman_intro (node.js) which allows running the test cases on command line.
