Yeah but the guy in the video explicitly made the comparison between VHS and DVD, and it's an incredibly poor metaphor because it's not true. I get Gmail having more utility than say Outlook for certain things. But I can access my exchange server (I use google apps for business, but used to use exchange) in all the same places I could access Gmail which renders the point slightly moot. I have no issue with people disagreeing, but at least argue the disagreement if you feel strongly enough to vote me down.
