Without significant simplification of the tax system, no such tax bill will be accountant-proof, or treaty-proof.
- awjr 12y agoI'm going to assume that any significant off-shore charges from subsidiaries will be considered profit and the company will need to prove otherwise. Should cause a few cases to go through the law courts.
