Well, I'm afraid in eastern Europe it's quite hard to get a good salary as a front end guy. I would suggest relocating although I understand it's not an option

Well, I'm afraid in eastern Europe it's quite hard to get a good salary as a front end guy. I would suggest relocating although I understand it's not an option for everybody. Since you are in EU, you don't need VISA to go to UK, for example.
